Hmmm, perhaps the Lord is trying to tell me something. My tendency is to work harder to make dry seasons wet. I know it doesn’t work, so why do I even try Jesus is consistently with me in these seasons, as you said. So thankful for that. Lovely, and apparently, timely post!

And don’t even get me started on the impossibility of “trying to rest”! There is such comfort in knowing that I am His workmanship and He will complete what He has begun.
