Paula, so, so true! Weaned off of the processed sugars, I began to relish all things natural. It’s as though the sugars deceived me. The soul-ish parallel is equally true. The artificial numbs us to the purity and power of all things God-breathed.

Perfect similar, both absolute necessities to live how we were created to live….sigh, just saying….you nailed that for me….physical, spiritual, what is nice vs what is necessary….all that jumped into my head in a grace filled moment of clarity! Enjoying your blog, Love, P

They were drafted by my will.’ You are so right. When change is needed, it is usually accomplished by a focus less on the change and more on the greater good to which the change will lead. Our will is a must in that regard. Very thought provoking post…on many levels. The consistent way that I have been able to see spiritual change in my life is to get into the Word and let the Word change me. That requires that I am deliberate about BEING IN the Word.

On a different level….Hello, my name is Leah and I am a sugar addict.
